I love making good food using fresh local ingredients. For me, good food is simple and fresh, real no-nonsense food. I add flavour using some amazing garlic from Stanthorpe, Comonos olive oil, herbs from the best garden in Springbrook, local honey and other sauces and condiments.

I make all my own food. No mass produced food grabbed from the freezer and heated in a microwave in my café. You won’t find chips and burgers on my menu. Instead I focus on providing food that will nourish you without the heavy fried options.

Over the years I’ve honed my menu to offer something for everyone – whether you are vegetarian, vegan or celiac. There is something on the menu you will love.

My café is right next to the National Park. After your coffee wander into the rainforest. In just 5 minutes you’ll see the spectacular Purling Brook Falls.

Springbrook Café is one off the oldest café on the mountain .

The café is well known for its great range of burger, fish and chips and schnitzel, with fresh wraps and sandwiches.

The Café is open on Friday and Saturday nights for evening meals with the local’s favourite premium Porterhouse steak, chips sand salad.

The Fudge Shop

The Fudge Shop is located at the centre of Springbrook, residing in a 1930’s two storey house. Offering a wide variety of unique fudge flavours, it has been listed as possibly the best fudge experiences in Australia (or the world).
